SHIPPING POLICY

At Beauty of Korea, we strive to ensure you're satisfied with your purchase. However, if you change your mind or experience a problem, please follow the guidelines below.





1. Damaged or incorrect items



Always check your order upon receipt. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@beautyofkorea.com. We will ensure this is resolved quickly and correctly.





2. Right of withdrawal



You have the right to make a return request within 14 days of receiving your order, with or without giving a reason.





3. Return conditions



To be eligible for a return, the item must:


  • are unused and undamaged,
  • are in the original, unopened packaging (including seal),
  • be accompanied by proof of purchase.






4. Cancellation Policy



  • Cancellation is only possible within 24 hours after placing the order.
  • You must actively contact us within that period (e.g. via email or the contact form).
  • Once your order has been processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. However, you can still use our returns policy.
  • Orders that are already in transit are therefore not eligible for cancellation.






5. Return and service costs



When returning from Belgium: €10.95 (at the customer's expense).

from the Netherlands: €9.95 (at the customer's expense).

  • Each return has a fixed service fee of €2.75.
    These costs will always be deducted from the refund.






6. Important exception: hygiene products



For reasons of health and hygiene (in accordance with Article 16 of the EU Consumer Rights Directive), we do not accept returns of cosmetic products that:


  • the seal has been opened or removed,
  • the safety sticker is damaged.






7. Return procedure



  1. Email info@beautyofkorea.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. If approved, you will receive a return label and shipping instructions.
  3. Unfortunately, we cannot process items that are returned without approval.






8. Exceptions



Returns will not be accepted for:


  • products with broken seals,
  • sale items,
  • gift cards.








9. Refunds



  • After receiving and checking your return, you will receive a confirmation by email.
  • If approved, we will refund the amount via the original payment method within 12 business days.
  • Please take into account additional processing time from your bank or credit card company.
  • If you haven't received anything after 15 business days, please contact us at info@beautyofkorea.com.



NB:


  • Refunds will be processed only after receipt and inspection of the returned shipment.
  • Cancellations of orders already shipped are not possible; refunds can only be made via return.
  • No refund will be made without a return.
